I. NAME OF PROMOTION: Southeastern Galleries $10,000 Dream Room Promotion. 

II. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Southeastern Galleries.

III. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, entrant must be at least 18 years of age and be able to provide proof of residency within the state of South Carolina. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that decisions of the Sponsor will be valid and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid entries. Copies of all entry forms submitted for verification will become the property of the Sponsor and, by completing the Promotion Registration, all entrants consent to the limited use of information provided on the form by the Sponsor but will have the ability to opt out of any subsequent e-mail correspondence. 

IV. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Registration begins January 13, 2022, at 12:00:01am Eastern and ends February 28th, 2022 at 11:59:59pm Eastern (“Promotion Registration’). To enter the Promotion, consumers may visit Southeastern Galleries during regular business hours, located at 1885 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC 29407, by registering online at www.southeasterngalleries.com.  Upon completing the Promotion Registration, entrants will receive one (1) entry in the grand prize drawing (the “Grand Prize”). Maximum of one (1) Promotion Registration per person “regardless of entry method”. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases or multiple email addresses or misrepresent their eligibility age or identity will disqualify that entrant. 

V. ADDITIONAL ENTRY-OPTIONAL SHARING –: After completing the Promotion Registration, (online or in-store) entrants have the option to share this promotion for (1) additional bonus entry, through Southeastern Galleries Social Media Platforms (ie. Facebook or Instagram) by: 1. Tagging 3 friends in the comments section of any one of the Southeastern Galleries Social Media $10,000 Dream Room Ads on Instagram or Facebook. 2. Stating, “I have already completed a promotion registration”.  3. Entrant must also include in the Direct Message the email address they are registered with. Entrants are allowed a maximum of (1) Bonus Entry.

VI. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 

Grand Prize Drawing: A random drawing of Grand Prize entries will be made on or about February 28th, 2022.  One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone or email within 72 hours of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner will have seven (7) days to claim their Grand Prize by responding to the email notification by the Sponsor. An unclaimed Grand Prize will be forfeited, and the entrant selected as the potential Grand Prize winner will have no further claim to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not award a forfeited Grand Prize to another participant. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Upon acceptance of a Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the Sponsor arising out of entry in the Promotion.  

VII. PRIZES: Grand Prize (maximum of (1) one): The Grand Prize is a $10,000 purchase with Southeastern Galleries of Lexington Home Brands Furniture at 1885 Ashley River Road, Charleston ,SC 29407.  Special order items will be included. The Grand Prize winner will also receive complimentary in-store interior design services from Southeastern Galleries. The Grand Prize winner will have until June 31, 2022, to use the gift certificate, after which the balance remaining on the gift certificate will expire. Tax liabilities and delivery charges on all furniture are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. 

VIII. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and are subject to the selection of the winning entry as described in Paragraphs III, IV, V. 

Notice: This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, to the greatest extent permitted under the law, all entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Promotion Releasees (as defined below), and each of their respective attorneys, affiliated officers and directors, representatives, and agents from any and all liabilities for any injuries, losses, or damages, including  death, and property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. The term “Promotion Releasee” shall collectively mean Sponsor and Southeastern Galleries..  

IX.WINNERS: The promotional prize winner will be notified via email on March 2, 2022 at the conclusion of the Promotion, and has up to 60 days to claim price with a valid Drivers License and proof of Email.

X. DURATION OF PROMOTION: This Promotion will end on the scheduled termination date of February 28, 2022. If a Grand Prize is unclaimed, it will not be awarded to another participant. The Sponsor may, at any time and at their sole discretion, delay the commencement date, extend the termination date, or terminate the Promotion in its entirety without notice or obligation of any kind. 

XI. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. The decisions of the Sponsor, and any entity selected to represent the Sponsor regarding this promotion, are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after the winner has used the prize. Participation in this Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without limitation or further compensation unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrant’s ineligible for any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration, execution, or announcement of the prizes or prize winners. 

XII. IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of South Carolina; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred and not attorney fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of South Carolina or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of South Carolina.
